We had lived at Top of the World for 19 years and loved it. We needed a lifestyle change and moved to Royal Palms where everything is provided and we have made amazing friendships. It truly is one of the best decisions we have made and we enjoy living here and having fun.
I want to tell you how very pleased I am to be living at Royal Palms. The building, the decor, the activities – but most of all the people who care for us are SUPERB!! Beginning with Kay Sherman, who introduced me to the Royal Palms to all the waiters and waitresses, the maintenance people who are so polite and always helpful. I appreciate all the activities and programs that Jim and Kathy offer, the excellent and tasty dining pleasures and the kind and considerate way everyone treats me.
Today I said to Chris that I am glad that I moved here. He was so helpful, as he always is, when he fixed my computer that wasn’t working. All the women at the desk are always kind and pleasant. Melissa and Eleanor have been pleasant and helpful when they cleaned my room. All the services you offer are deeply appreciated.
My cousin visited me recently and wrote, “…We had a wonderful visit with you – delighted to see that your new apartment is so perfect… you are in a lovely place and it is nice to be catered to…you earned it.”

Thank you and your great staff for your kind expressions of concern and caring for me when I returned from the trip to Williamsport, PA, and my brother’s passing there. Kathie was especially helpful to me just before I left on the trip. Miracle at the Front Desk warmly welcomed me back the night I returned. That precious lady also cleaned my linens and my apartment today. Kudos to her!
Thanks for your birthday card and dear Kymberly’s too, and for the wait staff’s singing the “Happy Birthday” song on April 9. They do a very good job in the dining room and they remember my name!

Finally, special thanks to Nancy for your maintenance crew for so beautifully preparing the apartment for my move in. Everything is so clean and new. I love it!

I had a pleasant experience at Dinnertime on July 24, 2014.
On June 2 I had all my teeth extracted and was fitted with dentures. Since that time I am gradually getting used to eating with them, chewing is the real challenge. Only soft foods were permitted such as mashed potatoes, soups, V-8 and milk. I ask for ice cubes to cool down my soup, so I can eat it, because it comes too hot for me.
June and I always have dinner at 5:30 p.m. and sit at the same table.
Chantal had been serving us for the past few days. On July 24, I was surprised to see a glass of V-8 and milk together with ice cubes in a small glass. Chantal was going to serve us and she surprised me so that I did not have to wait once the soup arrived. I was delighted and felt that I got Platinum Service and I appreciate Chantal’s thoughtfulness.

I was one of the guests of Bill and Marian Justice on January 1 for the New Years dinner and I want to compliment you and your staff for the beautiful decorations and wonderful dinner. It was as good as some of the restaurants I have been to and better than a lot. Your servers are great! They should be complimented on the great service and patience with diners. Our waitress was very efficient and has a good memory as to who got what.
What a great place to live! I am so glad Bill and Marian chose to live there.
